Privacy Policy

This policy explains how we process personal data of visitors of architekti4a.cz, prospective clients and clients, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we process and why

  • Contact form and e-mail — name, e-mail, phone (optional) and your message, to answer your enquiry (steps prior to a contract / legitimate interest). Kept for up to 2 years if no cooperation follows.
  • Projects — identification and contact data of clients, data in project documentation and invoices, to provide our services and meet accounting duties (contract / legal obligation). Kept as required by law (usually 10 years).
  • Technical data and cookies — server logs (IP address, time, requested page) kept for up to 30 days for security, and browser storage remembering that you closed the cookie notice (legitimate interest). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

3. Recipients

Only processors running our website, form and e-mail (servers in the EU), our accountants and public authorities where required by law. We do not transfer data outside the EU/EEA.

4. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at the details above. 5. Automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

6. Security

The website runs over encrypted HTTPS on servers in the EU; access to personal data is limited to authorised persons bound by confidentiality.

7. Children

Our services are not intended for children under 16.
