This is a traditional house from the early 20th century. The house was expanded in 1931 based on a design by the builder Jaroslav Pelcl. The reconstruction of the building took place while preserving the original elements to the greatest extent possible so as to preserve the genius loci of the over 100-year-old Art Nouveau house.
The common areas are subject to monument protection, therefore the historical character is preserved and restored in its maximum form, supported by new elements. The entrance hall is decorated with original stucco and marble cladding, complemented by a crystal chandelier, which was historically part of this hall. The tiles are made to order. The production technology is used as at the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries, namely deep-colored tiles. An original punch was prepared for the production of the tiles, which was actually used on the building. This preserves the historical shape, size, color and composition of the floor.
A historical decorative railing with an original wooden handrail is placed in the mirror of the staircase. The balcony doors are original.
